The overwhelming majority of people who get into affiliate marketing truly hope to make big money.
What exactly is "hope"?
The definition of "hope" is: "to cherish a desire with anticipation; to want something to happen or be true; a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen."
A affiliate marketer with "hope" has a desire, a wish, a goal, an aspiration, and a dream to make big money.
For me personally, making big money – more specifically, making at least $25,000 a month – was my reason for getting into affiliate marketing. Making $25,000 a month working from home was my hope, my wish, my goal, my aspiration, my dream.
.I had hope, I took massive action, and wonderful things happened as a result. That's the point of this blog post, to make it clear that "hope" – in and of itself – achieves absolutely nothing without action.
Hope without action accomplishes nothing because hope is merely a thought in our brain, just sitting there in a passive state of consciousness.
Hope without action is nothing more than wishful thinking.
Hope without action is just a dream.
For the success-seeking affiliate marketer, hope is a good thing. It's good to have hope. It's good to embrace your hope and dreams and goals and aspirations.
But hope, in and of itself, accomplishes nothing in affiliate marketing without action.
Only action accomplishes. Only the application of effective methods on a consistent daily basis will lead to accomplishment.
While it's perfectly fine to have "hope", it is action that leads to accomplishment and the fulfillment of hope.
